Order Shipment:
Handcrafted just for you! Each bag is made to order, so please allow 5-10 working days for creation before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next working day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code once your order ships.
Orders from outside of Switzerland:
Please note that any orders outside of Switzerland will be subject to VAT and duty fees, which are the customer's responsibility. All necessary customs forms will be sent to the email address provided during your order by the customs authorities of the delivery country, not by LESSACS. We know some of these emails end up in your junk inbox, so be sure to check there too!
Custom charges:
Shipping costs do not include duty or customs charges that may be incurred upon shipment to countries outside Switzerland. LESSACS will not be responsible for these expenses.
